Este artículo presenta las dinámicas de formación y expansión de las Escuelas Radiofónicas de ACPO en las parroquias de Pamplona, en el departamento de Norte de Santander, en su fase fundacional que tuvo lugar entre 1954 y 1957. ACPO fue una iniciativa sacerdotal del Padre Salcedo, transformada paulatinamente en una obra de la Iglesia orientada por la corriente del catolicismo social, que se propuso la alfabetización, la evangelización y la propagación de la Educación Fundamental Integral dentro de la población campesina, a través de un sistema combinado de medios. Se propone que en sus inicios, la expansión de las EE.RR en las parroquias de Pamplona, fue posible debido al fuerte apoyo eclesiástico, al respaldo de los gobiernos departamentales en el marco de las políticas nacionales y por la fuerza que alcanzó la figura del párroco ante el campesino. En este sentido, se plantea que las EE.RR fueron un centro de propagación cultural, pero además, un espacio de Acción Católica utilizado por la jerarquía eclesiástica para cristianizar y prevenir el influjo de ideas políticas adversas por medio de la educación y la cultura.
This article presents the dynamics of formation and expansion of Radiofonics Schools of ACPO in the parishes of Pamplona, in the department of Norte de Santander, in its founding phase took place between 1954 and 1957. ACPO was a priestly initiative of Father Salcedo gradually transformed into a work of the Church guided by the current of social Catholicism who proposed the literacy, evangelism and spreading the Fundamental Integral Education within the rural population through a combined system media. It is proposed that in the beginning, the expansion of EE.RR was made possible by the support church, for the support of departmental governments under national policies and forcibly acquired by the figure of the pastor in the rural population. In this sense, we propose that the EE.RR been a center of cultural propagation but also Catholic Action space used by the church hierarchy to Christianize and prevent adverse influence of political ideas through education and culture.
