RESUMEN Este artículo presenta una propuesta de formación de los profesores universitarios, orientada desde la investigación de los estilos pedagógicos. El proyecto inicia con la caracterización de los estilos a través de la reflexión de los profesores sobre sus concepciones y prácticas, la cual permite en una perspectiva crítica, identificar aspectos problemáticos de las mismas y desarrollar propuestas de investigación - acción que favorezcan la renovación de estos estilos. Investigación-acción SUMMARY This article presents a propose of university teachers´ formation, oriented from research in pedagogic styles. The project begins with characterization of styles by the reflection of teachers about theirs conceptions and practices.
