A manera de conclusión. Referencias. RESUMEN El presente artículo se acerca al estudio del tema de la protección a la maternidad en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional. Dicho acercamiento se realiza a través de la construcción de dos líneas jurisprudenciales de la Corte sobre los derechos al fuero laboral reforzado de maternidad y a la remuneración por licencia de maternidad. En la primera parte del artículo se señalan ¡os argumentos que configuran la protección constitucional de la maternidad de la cual se derivan jurídicamente las líneas jurisprudenciales a reconstruir. Posteriormente se realiza la reconstrucción de las líneas mencionadas mediante el método del análisis dinámico de jurisprudencia y, finalmente, se presenta una reflexión final a modo de conclusión. ABSTRACT The present article approaches the study of the subject of the protection to the maternity in the case law of the Constitutional Court. This approach is made through the construction of two case law lines of the Court on the rights to the labor stability reinforced and to the remuneration by maternity license. In the first part of the article the authors indicated the arguments that form the constitutional protection of the maternity. Later the reconstruction of the lines mentioned by means of the method of the dynamic analysis of case law is made and, finally, as a conclusion, a final reflection is presented.
