Síntesis Partiendo de la representación e inscripción del cuerpo de Simón Bolívar en algunos textos literarios hispanoamericanos, se pretende comprender el sentido de dicha representación y el lugar que ésta ocupa en el proceso de configuración del mito que se ha forjado al rededor de la figura histórica. De la misma manera se pretende vislumbrar a partir de la inscripción del cuerpo del héroe en los textos, las preguntas y cuestionamientos que el individuo y la sociedad plantean y se plantean con relación al cuerpo del héroe y en última instancia al suyo propio.
