RESUMENLos esquemas del desarrollo humano actúan en una forma constante durante toda la vida, sobre todo cuando la persona debe enfrentarse a situaciones nuevas e importantes; Erikson describe ocho etapas en las cuales el ser humano va adquiriendo "sentidos", en su terminología, que son como valores fundamentales y pautas de ajuste en la vida. La confianza básica, la autonomía, la iniciativa, la industria, la identidad, la intimidad, generatividad y la integridad se reviven en la relación con la empresa.
SUMMARY Schemes ofthe human development perfonn in the same way along the individuallife, especially when people must confront new and important situacions; Erikson describes eight steps in which the human been is acquiring senses, in Erikson tenninology, which are like fundamental values and adjusment rules in the individuals life. Basical confidence, autonomy, initiative, industry, identity and integrity all of them revive in the relation ship with the company.
