RESUMENLos lineamientos de la educación en el inserto globalizado en que nos encontramos, exacerban la educación-tecnocrática como única vía válida en el desarrollo humano, dejando de lado o anulando el juicio crítico que pueda llegar a surgir entre los estudiantes. Se verá en este artículo, la normatividad en la que tres Leyes esenciales en materia de educación superior para el caso colombiano (Ley 30 de 1992, Ley 749 de 2002 y el derogado Proyecto de Ley 112/2011), responden a estas lógicas-tecnocráticas-de-orden.La educación superior pasa de ser una educación para la formación de hombres y mujeres -y la afirmación de los mismos como individuos- para ser una simple instrucción tecno-burocrática.Palabras clave: educación superior, tecnocracia, crítica, Ley 30 de 1992, ley 749 de 2002, Proyecto de Ley 112/2011.
ABSTRACT :The guidelines for education in the globalized insert where we find ourselves, exacerbate technocratic education like the only valid alternative in human development, setting aside or even eliminating the critical assessment that could eventually arise among students in higher education. This paper will discus, the way in which three very important laws on higher education in the case of Colombia (Law 30/1992, Law 749/2002 and Law [Project] 112/2011 [Derogated]), respond to these technocratic-logic-of-order.Higher education then goes from being an institution for the education of men and women and the affirmation of ourselves as individuals, to be a simple bureaucratic-technical instruction.Key words: Education teaching undergraduate, technocracy and criticism, Law 30/1992, Law 749/2002, Law (Project) 112/2011.
