En este trabajo se evalúan los daños que pueden alcanzar los puentes, de una ciudad Colombianacomo Bucaramanga, ante la acción sísmica. Para ello, se tomó una muestra de los puentescarreteables representativos de la ciudad, de varios vanos construidos en hormigón armado.Los puentes fueron modelados como estructuras tridimensionales, donde la superestructura y lainfraestructura se idealizaron como un emparrillado y un pórtico o columna simple, asumiendoapoyos simples en los extremos del puente.En el estudio de la re5puesta dinámica ante la acción sísmica se utilizaron espectrosrepresentativos de la zona de estudio, implementado herramientas computacionales como SAP2000 [1] en su análisis.En la estimación de! daño se utilizó e! modelo de Park y Ang [2] [3] [4] [5], utilizando elprograma lDARC-2D [6] para su evaluación.Finalmente, a manera de comparación se utilizaron los métodos propuestos en el ATC-6.2 [7}estableciendo las debidas diferencias.
This work evaluates the damage that can be achieved by the bridges of a Colombian city like Bucaramanga, subjected to the seismic action. For this, a sample of the representative vehicule bridges of the city, several constructed in reinforced concrete. The bridges were modeled as three-dimensional structures, where the superstructure and infrastructure were idealized as a grating and a simple porch or column, assuming simple supports at the ends of the bridge. In the study of the dynamic response to the seismic action we used spectra representative of the study area, implemented computational tools such as SAP 2000 [1] in its analysis. In the damage estimation we used the Park and Ang model [2] [3] [4] [5], using the lDARC-2D program [6] for evaluation. Finally, for comparison, the methods proposed in ATC-6.2 [7] were used, establishing the appropriate differences.
