dc.description.abstractEl presente documento tiene como objetivo formular un plan de negocio con el fin de determinar la viabilidad de la creación y puesta en marcha de una empresa dedicada a la prestación de servicios de aseo domiciliario y empresarial en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y el área metropolitana. Durante el desarrollo del trabajo de grado, se realizó la planeación estratégica que permitió dar los lineamientos para el inicio y la permanencia de la empresa en el mercado, fijando un horizonte de tiempo y haciendo un diagnóstico estratégico para la misma. Gracias al análisis técnico, se logró definir técnicamente el servicio, los insumos, materiales, equipos y el personal necesario para su prestación. Lo anterior bajo los lineamientos de la normatividad colombiana inherente, que se describe dentro del marco legal. Se evaluó la factibilidad del negocio mediante un estudio financiero, realizando proyecciones a 5 años, a partir de los ingresos, egresos e indicadores que permitieron determinar que la idea de negocio es viable. Finalmente, se estructuró el plan de marketing donde se fijaron los objetivos, estrategias y planes de acción para el inicio y posicionamiento de la organización. dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this document is to formulate a business plan in order to determine the viability of the creation and start-up of a company dedicated to providing home and business cleaning services in the city of Bucaramanga and the metropolitan area. During the development of the degree work, the strategic planning was carried out, which allowed to give the guidelines for the start and permanence of the company in the market, setting a time horizon and making a strategic diagnosis for it. Thanks to technical analysis, it was possible to technically define the service, supplies, materials, equipment and personnel necessary for its provision. The above under the guidelines of the inherent Colombian regulations, which is described within the legal framework. The feasibility of the business was evaluated through a financial study, making projections to 5 years, from the income, expenses and indicators that allowed to determine that the business idea is viable. Finally, the marketing plan was structured where the objectives, strategies and action plans for the start and positioning of the organization were set. The business plan for the development of the organization, profiles it as a solid and responsible company dedicated to the provision of home and business cleaning services in the city of Bucaramanga and the metropolitan area, offering the market a safe, reliable and high quality that meets the expectations and needs of customers, and also allows to obtain income and estimated profitability. Contemplating continuous improvement actions, among them, permanently trained cleaning professionals that guarantee the effectiveness of the service.
