dc.description.abstractLa granja las Lajitas está ubicada en la vereda Santa Helena municipio de Enciso Santander, en la cual se tiene producción de café y de especies bovinas, ovinas, caprinas. El objetivo de este proyecto es proponer un plan de intervención para que la granja sea auto sostenible y rentable. Que optimicé la producción de la granja mediante el uso de buenas prácticas agrícolas (BPA) y pecuarias que contribuyan al cuidado del medio ambiente. Como primer paso se hizo un diagnóstico de las condiciones actuales de la granja, donde se realizó un análisis de cada una de las unidades productivas que tiene la granja en la actualidad, luego se hizo una revisión documental sobre cómo serían las condiciones para tener una granja auto sostenible. Las construcciones con que debe contar las técnicas y prácticas en el manejo de las especies y cultivos, también se identificaron las posibles fuentes de financiación a las cuales podrían acceder los dueños de la granja, que les permita llevar a cabo el plan de intervención para la auto sostenibilidad. Por lo anterior se establecieron una serie de fases o etapas para llevar a cabo el plan de intervención en la granja las Lajitas. Este documento finaliza con las respectivas conclusiones y se enuncian las recomendaciones para futuros proyectos que se quieran desarrollar en granjas que cuenten con las mismas pretensiones.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Las Lajitas farm is located in the village of Santa Helena municipality of Enciso Santander, where coffee and bovine, ovine and caprine species are produced. The objective of this project is to propose an intervention plan for the farm to be self-sustainable and profitable. I optimized the production of the farm through the use of good agricultural practices (GAP) and livestock that contribute to the care of the environment. As a first step, a diagnosis was made of the current conditions of the farm, where an analysis was made of each of the productive units that the farm has today, then a documentary review was made on what the conditions would be like to have a farm self sustainable The constructions with which the techniques and practices in the management of the species and crops must count, were also identified the possible sources of financing to which the owners of the farm could accede, which allows them to carry out the intervention plan for the self sustainability Therefore, a series of phases or stages were established to carry out the intervention plan in Las Lajitas farm. This document ends with the respective conclusions and the recommendations for future projects that want to develop in farms that have the same pretensions are enunciated.
