| dc.description.abstract | Con la creación de una comercializadora, los productores de frutas de Lebrija, se ven afectados por situaciones que no les permite mejorar sus condiciones actuales, debido a que por tratarse de productos muy comercializables realizan su recolección diaria y en bajos volúmenes viéndose obligados a comercializar su producto al libre juego de oferta y demanda, a comerciantes, transportadores de la región que no les ofrecen precios acordes a los costos que incurren en la producción, cosecha y recolección de estos apreciables frutos, que en algunos casos prefieren no recogerlos y dejarlos perder o en detecto venderlos a bajos precios, para no dejar perder o dañarse los frutos, de ahí a necesidad de hacer un estudio de factibilidad que demuestre la ventaja o no de una Comercializadora de Frutas en el Municipio de Lebrija, que permita apoyar a reducir la situación de los productores de las regiones involucradas en el presente proyecto. El montaje y puesta en marcha de la naciente empresa, requerirá de una inversión total de $203.050.424,92 representada en inversión fija de $148.445.136,00 inversión diferida $12.748.842,00 y un capital de trabajo para el primer año de funcionamiento de $41.856.446,92 dando como resultado un VPN de $25.421.671,91 y una TIR del 29,07%, con una tasa de oportunidad del 24;79%, alcanzando la recuperaci{on del capital invertido en un periodo de tiempo aproximado de 3 años y 11 dias. Como consecuencia de la sumatoria de todas las variables controlables e incontrolables desde el punto de vista comercial, Técnico, Administrativo, y Financiero se concluye que el proyecto de Factibilidad para la creación de una Comercializadora de Frutas en el Municipio de Lebrija, es viable, factible y rentable y de excelentes posibilidades para su conveniencia en ser montado. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | With the creation of a comercializadora, those producing of fruits of Lebrija, they are affected by situations that it doesn't allow them to improve their current conditions, because to be products very comercializables carries out its daily gathering and in low volumes being forced to market its product to the free offer game and it demands, to merchants, transporters of the region that you/they don't offer in agreement prices at the costs that incur in the production, harvest and gathering of these appreciable fruits that prefer not to pick up them and to allow them to lose in some cases or in I detect to sell them to low prices, for not allowing to lose or to be damaged the fruits, of there to necessity of making a study of feasibility that demonstrates the advantage or not of a Comercializadora of Fruits in the Municipality of Lebrija that allows to support to reduce the situation of those producing of the regions involved project presently.
