dc.description.abstractLa Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) es un enfoque que se ha ido implementando en los últimos años en algunas universidades a nivel internacional con el fin de fortalecer y armonizar la relación de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) con su entorno y con sus Grupos de Interés, a través de sus impactos educativos, cognitivos, sociales, ambientales y organizacionales; promoviendo una gestión socialmente responsable, así como la formación de estudiantes y futuros profesionales íntegros, con herramientas y habilidades al servicio de la sociedad, en pro de contribuir a las demandas del contexto regional, nacional e internacional. Por ello, desde el área de Bienestar Universitario de la Universidad de Santander UDES, sede Bucaramanga, se ha optado por diseñar una propuesta para la implementación de un programa de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU), que integra cinco ejes y sus respectivas líneas de acción, de acuerdo con los impactos de la Universidad: Gestión Interna, Enseñanza y aprendizaje integral, Producción de conocimiento, Interacción con la sociedad y Medio Ambiente. El diseño de este programa, ha sido promovido por la práctica empresarial de Trabajo Social, adscrita al área de Desarrollo Humano, con el fin de incorporarlo como una línea de trabajo transversal de Bienestar Universitario UDES. 9
dc.description.abstractenglishUniversity Social Responsibility (RSU) is an approach that has been implemented in recent years in some universities at the international level in order to strengthen and harmonize the relationship of Higher Education Institutions (IES) with their environment and with their Groups Of interest, through its educational, cognitive, social, environmental and organizational impacts; Promoting a socially responsible management, as well as the training of students and future professionals, with tools and skills at the service of society, in order to contribute to the demands of the regional, national and international context. For this reason, it has been decided to design a proposal for the implementation of a program of University Social Responsibility (RSU), from the area of University Welfare of the UDES University, Bucaramanga, which integrates five axes and their respective lines of action , In accordance with the impacts of the University: Internal Management, Teaching and integral learning, Knowledge production, Interaction with society and Environment. The design of this program has been promoted by the Social Work business practice, attached to the Human Development area, in order to incorporate it as a transversal work line of University Wellness - UDES. 11
