| dc.description.abstract | El Colegio Salesiano San Juan Bosco en su interés por lograr que el ejercicio propio de sus funciones se lleve a cabo en ambientes seguros, inició un trabajo dirigido a desarrollar estrategias para la prevención de riesgos y para la actuación en caso de emergencia, consciente que las mismas demandan de tiempo y esfuerzo y generalmente no produce resultados inmediatos, pero el no tenerlas generará fuga de algunos rubros importantes (costos ocultos) y por la tanto los resultados de la entidad se verán afectados. En este escenario, Trabajo Social llevó a cabo un trabajo continuo para la identificación de factores de riesgo, modificación de condiciones de seguridad, transformación y observación del comportamiento, sensibilización y capacitación al personal, dirigido a incrementar el nivel de respuesta de docentes y personal administrativo para la atención oportuna de emergencias. Las razones que motivaron la elaboración de la propuesta se centran en la falta de capacitación del personal en materia de higiene y seguridad en el trabajo, particularmente en lo referido a la prevención de los riesgos específicos de las tareas asignadas; la falta de desarrollo de un plan de evacuación y roles en casos de emergencia (incendio y otros); y la inexistencia de un manual de instrucciones preventivas para todo el personal. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The School Salesiano San Juan Bosco in its interest to achieve that the exercise characteristic of its functions is carried out in sure atmospheres, began a work directed to develop strategies for the prevention of risks and for the performance in the event of emergency, conscious that the same ones demand of time and effort and it doesn't generally produce immediate results, but not having them will generate flight of some important items (hidden costs) and for the so much one the results of the entity will be affected. In this scenario, Social Work carried out a continuous work for the identification of factors of risk, modification of conditions of security, transformation and observation of the behavior, sensitization and training to the personnel, directed to increase the answer level of educational and administrative personnel for the opportune attention of emergencies. The reasons that motivated the elaboration of the proposal are centered in the lack of the personnel's training as regards hygiene and security in the work, particularly in that referred to the prevention of the specific risks of the assigned tasks; the lack of development of an evacuation plan and lists in cases of emergency (fire and other); and the nonexistence of a manual of preventive instructions for the whole personnel. | |
