dc.description.abstractEn el presente documento se expone el nuevo Manual de Practicas de Laboratorio de Ingeniería Industrial: Ingeniería de Calidad como una herramienta didáctica con implementación de recursos TICS, que presenta a través de mejoras pedagógicas, el desarrollo del componente práctico de la asignatura aplicando la metodología de ambientes de aprendizaje en base a la teoría constructivista, logrando integrar de forma activa al estudiante en su proceso de enseñanza. El nuevo manual se diseña a partir de una descripción previa del manual de prácticas vigente, una encuesta de satisfacción aplicada a los estudiantes que han cursado la asignatura y un benchmarking con universidades nacionales e internacionales que ofrecen el programa de ingeniería industrial, con lo que se estructura la información necesaria para realizar las prácticas de laboratorio definidas en la asignatura Ingeniería de Calidad, por medio de conceptos básicos teóricos que cuentan con su respectiva bibliografía, casos de estudio para el análisis y procedimientos más claros, ordenados y completos que profundizan los temas a tratar para el correcto desarrollo de las prácticas. A esto se suma la creación de un manual de prácticas de Minitab para la aplicación de los métodos que contribuyen al control de la calidad y una guía para la elaboración de informes de laboratorio
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document presents the new Industrial Engineering Laboratory Practice Manual: Quality Engineering as a didactic tool with implementation of ICT resources, which presents through pedagogical improvements, the development of the practical component of the subject applying the methodology of learning environments based on constructivist theory, making an actively integrating of the student in its teaching process. The new manual is designed on the basis of a prior description of the current practice manual, a satisfaction survey applied to students who have taken the subject and a benchmarking with national and international universities that offer the industrial engineering program, wherewith the information necessary to carry out the laboratory practices defined in the subject Quality Engineering is structured by means of theoretical basic concepts that have their respective bibliography, case studies for analysis and clearer, orderly and comprehensive procedures that deepen the topics to be addressed for the proper development of practices. To this is added the creation of a Minitab practices manual for the application of the methods that contribute to the quality control and a guide for the elaboration of laboratory reports
