dc.description.abstractServicios y proyectos industriales S.A.S (SPI) es una empresa joven dedicada a la prestación de servicios de automatización industrial y mantenimiento, conformada por un talento humano con alta experiencia. Sin embargo ha presentado problemas en sus operaciones, en el presente proyecto de grado se analiza e interviene para mejorar sus procesos. El proyecto de grado está enfocado en el diseño e implementación de un plan de mejoramiento de los procesos en la empresa SPI, para el desarrollo del mismo, inicialmente se realiza un diagnóstico cuantitativo y cualitativo, soportado por diferentes herramientas tales como las cinco fuerzas de Porter, el perfil de capacidad interna(PCI), el perfil de oportunidades del medio(POAM) y el análisis DOFA, luego se definen las causas de los problemas encontrados, realizando una lista de chequeo y se diseña un plan de mejoramiento en el cual se proponen alternativas para la solución de dichos problemas, teniendo en cuenta la norma ISO 9001:2015 y el ciclo PHVA, son presentadas a los directivos y aprobadas para su posterior implementación, programando capacitaciones y reuniones con todos los trabajadores. Finalizando con el desarrollo de indicadores para medir los resultados de las mejoras establecidas en la empresa, y asimismo se presenta al gerente general las conclusiones y recomendaciones para que continúen mejorando los procesos. _
dc.description.abstractenglishServices and Industrial Projects S.A.S (SPI) is a young company dedicated to the provision of industrial automation and maintenance services, made up with high experienced human recourses. However, it has had problems in its operations. In this project, it has been analyzed and intervened to improve their process. The graduation project is focused in the design and implementation of a improvement plan to improve the process in the SPI company, for the development of this, in the first place it had a quantitative and qualitative diagnostic using different tools such as the five forces of Porter, the internal capacity profile (PCI), The opportunity profile of the environment and the DOFA analysis. Then, the causes of the problem were defined by making a check list and ISO 9001:2015 norm and the PHVA cycle to be shown and proven by the director for the future implementation, with scheduling meetings and trainings for the workers. And finally it has the development of indicators to measure the results of the improvements, then the conclusions and recommendations for the manager to make sure the process will be getting better. __
