dc.description.abstractLas personas actualmente se encuentran expuestas a gran variedad de problemas sociales, económicos y culturales, así como envueltos en diversidad de actividades que limitan su tiempo para labores como la preparación de alimentos, por ello buscar alternativas brindándole al consumidor otras presentaciones innovadoras de alimentación y contenido saludable, puede tener buena acogida en el mercado. Para contrarrestar las limitaciones de tiempo se decidió crear un endulzante liquido 100% natural a base de miel de caña, que no solo ofrece un sabor cálido y dulce, sino que también contiene un alto contenido de carbohidratos, vitaminas y minerales, siendo una gran fuente de energía, mejorando el funcionamiento del organismo; además su presentación permite que su uso sea rápido e higiénico. Ahora bien, Teniendo en cuenta un estudio realizado por Nielsen buscan alternativas alimenticias con componentes locales, naturales y orgánicos de ahí la estimación que, Con la realización de este proyecto se busca determinar la factibilidad de crear una empresa productora de panela liquida, para dicho estudio se tiene en cuenta un estudio de mercados, estudio técnico, estudio administrativo, estudio financiero y evaluación de proyecto. Para tener un funcionamiento adecuado de la empresa se debe contar con un capital, maquinarias y equipo, permisos legales, punto de venta y recurso humano; por otro lado, la producción, empaque y venta de panela liquida son actividades de suma importancia para la compañía, así como el manejo y gestión de la relación con los clientes, la publicidad y mercadeo. Todo lo mencionado debe regirse bajo planes estratégicos que se deben cumplir a cabalidad, a tal fin cumplir con los objetivos y metas trazadas

In order for the company to function properly, it must have capital, machinery and equipment, permits, a point of sale and human resources; On the other hand, the production, packaging and sale of liquid panela are activities of the utmost importance for the company, as well as the management and management of the relationship with clients, advertising and marketing.
