dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto analiza la viabilidad para la creación de un gimnasio para niños de 4 a 15 años de edad de los estratos 4,5 y 6 del Municipio de Bucaramanga, que contribuya al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población infantil. Esta idea constituye una oportunidad de negocio debido a algunas falencias observadas en este servicio, que pueden ser constatadas por los padres de familia en el estudio de mercados, donde se demostró la existencia de un mercado potencial y real significativo, siempre y cuando la nueva empresa prestadora de servicios de gimnasio presente una oferta del servicio con condiciones de calidad profesionalismo, horarios y precios módicos. Desde la perspectiva del estudio técnico se ostento como una localización estratégica e intermedia el sector de real de minas, jugara un papel importante en el éxito del gimnasio, así como la combinación adecuada de las herramientas e implementos y recurso humano disponible que permita que se preste un servicio integrado que además de la actividad física, los ejercicios también pueda acceder a diagnostico medico, valoración fisioterapeuta y orientación nutricional; se aprovechara del tiempo libre que disponen los niños para garantizar que permitan el cubrimiento del tamaño del proyecto. De igual forma el estudio financiero y la evolución del mismo se obtuvieron resultados favorables, en ellos se proyectaron los diferentes estados contables de la empresa así como el flujo de caja, obteniendo cifras positivas para las diferentes razones financieras, del mismo modo la tasa interna de retorno se calculo en un 79%, con tiempo de recuperación de 2 años y cinco meses aproximadamente, indicando como principal conclusión que la nueva empresa es recomendable y factible.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present project viability analyzes for the creation of a gymnasium for children from 4 to 15 years old from the strata 4, 5 and 6 of Bucaramanga's Municipality, which contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of the infantile population. This idea constitutes an opportunity of business to some failings observed in this service, which can be stated by the family parents in the study of markets, where there was demonstrated the existence of a potential and significant market, always when the new company of services of present gymnasium an offer of the service with quality conditions professionalism, schedules and reasonable prices. From the perspective of the technical study I show an strategic and intermediate location the sector of Real de Minas, it was playing an important papering the success of the gymnasium, as well as the suitable combination of the tools and implements and human available resource that allows that there should lend an integrated service that besides the physical activity, the exercises physical therapist and nutritional orientation could accede to medical diagnosis, valuation; taking advantage of the free time that the children arrange to guarantee that they allow the coverage of the size of the project. Of equal form the financial study and the evolution of the same obtained favorable results, in them there were projected the different accounting forms of the company as well as the cash flow, obtaining positive numbers for the different financial reasons, in the same way the internal rate of return, I calculate in 79 %, with time of recovery of 2 years and five months approximately, indicating as principal conclusion that the company is advisable and feasible.
