| dc.description.abstract | En primera instancia se hace un recorrido por las diferentes metodologías implementadas por la institución SENA en su compromiso con las políticas sociales del gobierno y la responsabilidad de dar un cambio a la sociedad pero especialmente al trabajador para hacerlo más productivo y mejorar su calidad de vida formándolo como trabajador calificado, enunciando el eje central del problema que es la negación y actitud de los docentes de no comprometerse con el cambio en el nuevo sistema de formación basado en el desarrollo de competencias de los estudiantes. En el segundo capitulo se hace referencia a la reestructuración, al cambio que debe darse, lo que implica que el SENA inicie la nueva formación con base en el desarrollo de las competencias a partir de todo un sistema nacional de formación para el trabajo, el cual se genera desde unas mesas sectoriales integradas por empresarios, trabajadores, representantes del SENA (docentes expertos) y la Universidad, donde se realice todo el proceso con el análisis de funciones, normas de competencias, titulaciones hasta llegar al nuevo diseño curricular. En último se apunta a las estrategias que se deben desarrollar en la institución para que el docente comprenda la responsabilidad, visiones su compromiso con los estudiantes, las empresas, con la sociedad y reconsidere su actitud frente a la trascendencia histórica del cambio que podemos darle a nuestra mano de obra nueva y retomar la pedagogía pertinente para lograr que cada estudiante aprendiz, haga su proyecto de vida dándole un cambio a las empresas y a la sociedad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | On first instance, we have a journey through the different methodologies used by the SENA institution in its compromise with the social politics from the government and the responsibility of making a change to the society but specially to the worker, to make him more productive and improve his life's quality making him a qualified worker, stating what the central problem is: The teacher's negative attitude of not being compromised with facing the change in the formation system based on the development of competences of the students. The second chapter refers to the new structure, to the change, this means that the SENA begins the new formation based on the development of competences from a whole national formation system to work and serve; this system comes from regional meetings conformed by managers, promoters, workers, representatives from SENA (expert and senior teachers) and the University, where all the process is made, analyzing functions, regulations of competences, entitling until it gets to the new design. For closing, the strategies needed by the institution are pointed out, so the teacher comprehends the responsibility, gets a view of his compromise with the students, enterprises, with the society and re-considers his attitude facing the historical transcendence of change that we can give to our new workmanship and retake the right pedagogy to accomplish that every single apprentice student, makes his life's project giving a change to the enterprises and to the society. | |
