| dc.description.abstract | Las organizaciones están inmersas en diferentes sistemas los cuales obligan a los cambios para poder mantenerse en el suprasistema, estos solo pueden ser posibles si las personas que están directamente relacionadas cuentan con los recursos y los medios necesarios para poder desempeñar sus labores; solo se pueden conseguir las transformaciones si las estrategias están encaminadas a preservar y mantener las condiciones adecuadas para así dar respuesta a los múltiples factores que influyen en la conducta del ser humano. Este trabajo de grado describe la intervención de Trabajo Social en el área organizacional en el Instituto Integrado Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, se centra en el área de Conservación y Desarrollo del Talento Humano procurando estrategias para optimizar el desarrollo de los procesos de mejoramiento de la Calidad de la Educación. El trabajo está compuesto por siete capítulos en los cuales se desarrolla la teoría, las normas que están directamente relacionadas con la intervención, la ubicación en el IIJEG, el diagnóstico, planeación y ejecución los cuales son base para desarrollar la propuesta de continuidad del proceso, se plantea un Plan de Mejoramiento que responde a la dinámica sistémica siendo óptimo para el desarrollo, manteniendo los estándares de calidad en la educación y evalúa constantemente para responder a las exigencias del medio. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The organizations are immerse in different systems which force to the changes to be able to stay in the greatsistem, these alone one they can be possible if people that are directly related have the resources and the necessary means to be able to carry out their works; alone the transformations can be gotten if the strategies are guided to preserve and to maintain the appropriate conditions he/she stops this way to give answer to the multiple factors that influence in the human being's behavior. This grade work describes the intervention of Social Work in the organizational area in the Integrated Institute Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, is centered in the area of Conservation and Development of the Human Talent offering strategies to optimize the development o1 the processes of improvement of the Quality of the Education. The work compound for seven chapters in which the theory is developed, the norms that are directly related with the intervention, the location in the IIJEG, the diagnosis, planner and execution which are base to develop the proposal of continuity of the process, presents a plan of improvement that plan of improvement that responds to the dynamics systemic remain optimistic for development, maintaining quality standards in education constantly evaluates to meet the demands of the medium. | |
