dc.description.abstractEl riesgo de la sostenibilidad del territorio esta diagnosticado bajo los supuestos de la condición de amenaza que se está dando en el modelo actual del desarrollo rural municipal y la baja productividad de los procesos actuales de producción agropecuaria lo cual origina la ampliación de la frontera agropecuaria amenazando la sostenibilidad ambiental del territorio. Es por ello, que se acude al desarrollo local como proceso reactivador de la economía y dinamizador de la sociedad local que mediante el aprovechamiento de los recursos endógenos existentes en una determinada zona es capaz de estimular, fomentar y mejorar la calidad de vida y el bienestar social de una comunidad. Este desarrollo local requiere de la participación activa de todos los actores involucrados en un área determinada, como única manera de que sus habitantes puedan lograr un mejor bienestar. Esto implica integrar las consideraciones ambientales y del riesgo en los procesos de planificación de manera que se promueva la adopción de modalidades sostenibles de producción y consumo, así como la reducción del riesgo y la prevención de la degradación ambiental. Los pocos vínculos entre la planificación del desarrollo, el uso del territorio, las condiciones naturales de la región, sus recursos y la gestión del riesgo, conforman un panorama poco halagador que refuerza el círculo vicioso de los desastres. En este sentido, el Municipio de Lebrija se detalla bajo el soporte del paso de una economía doméstica a una economía moderna industrial, acompañada de procesos sociales altamente traumáticos, lo cual significa la descomposición de las estructuras sociales agrarias y la inmigración de la población rural hacia los centros urbanos ya existentes, como consecuencia al uso inadecuado y subutilizado del suelo rural por la falta de garantías de parte de los organismos oficiales al campo lo que ha ocasionado el empobrecimiento del sector.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe risk of the sustainability of the territory this diagnosed under the suppositions of the threat condition that he/she is giving in the current pattern of the municipal rural development and the drop productivity of the current processes of agricultural production that which originates the amplification of the agricultural frontier threatening the environmental sustainability of the territory. It is in and of itself that in and of itself that one goes to the local development ace process reactivates you of the economy and multiplier of the local society that by means of the it you use of the existent endogenous resources in to certain area in able to stimulate, to foment and to improve the quality of life and the social welfare of to community. This local development requires of the active participation of all the actors involved in a certain area, as only way that its inhabitants can achieve a better well-being. This implies to integrate the environmental considerations and of the risk in the processes of planning so that it is promoted the adoption of sustainable modalities of production and consumption, as well as the reduction of the risk and the prevention of the environmental degradation. The few bonds among the planning of the development, the use of the territory, the natural conditions of the region, their resources and the administration of the risk, they conform a not very flattering panorama that reinforces the vicious circle of the disasters. In this sense, the municipality of Lebrija is detailed under the support of the step from a domestic economy to an industrial modern economy, accompanied by highly traumatic social processes, that which already means the decomposition of the agrarian social structures and the rural population's immigration toward the urban centers existent, as consequence to the inadequate and underemployed use of the rural floor for the lack of covenants of title on behalf of the official organisms to the field what has caused the impoverishment of the sector.
