dc.description.abstractEl contenido de este proyecto presenta la fundamentación teórica, conceptual, legal y contexto propio del Concejo de Bucaramanga, además de la descripción detallada de las fases desplegadas para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad con base a los lineamientos de la NTCGP 1000:2009. A partir del enfoque basado en procesos, el objetivo trazado para el proyecto fue la estandarización de los procesos que se establecieron y caracterizaron en busca del mejoramiento continuo para el cumplimiento de las necesidades de la comunidad y partes interesadas; además el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad es un mecanismo de competitividad, ya que constituye una herramienta útil para la entidad, al contribuir de una manera importante y fundamental para la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos desarrollados en el Concejo de Bucaramanga. Seguidamente, se establece el alcance que va desde el diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma NTC GP-1000:2009 y como herramienta principal se utilizo el ciclo PHVA, donde el diseño metodológico del proyecto consta de las fases de Diagnostico, Diseño, Planificación, Capacitación, Implementación y Evaluación; esta última fase permite verificar y evaluar el sistema, además sirve de base para analizar la mejora continua y encontrar hallazgos para la toma de acciones y diseño de planes de mejora.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe content of this project presents the theoretical, conceptual, legal and proper context of the Council of Bucaramanga, in addition to the detailed description of the phases deployed to implement the System of Quality Management based on the guidelines of the NTC GP 1000:2009. From the process approach, the goal set for the project was the standardization of processes were established and characterized in pursuit of continuous improvement to meeting the needs of the community and stakeholders, also the System of Quality Managementis a competitive mechanism, since it is a useful tool for the organization, contributing to an important and critical to the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes developed in the Council of Bucaramanga Then, you set the range that goes from the design, documentation, implementation and evaluation of the quality management system based on the NTC GP 1000:2009 and was used as the main tool the PHVA cycle, where the methodological design of the project consists Diagnostic phase, Design, Planning, Training, Implementation and Evaluation, the last phase to verify and evaluate the system also provides a basis for analyzing continuous improvement and find findings for taking action and design improvement plans.
