dc.description.abstractSistema Control de Acceso Espacios Restringidos (SCAAR) permite controlar las entradas y salidas de personas en áreas restringidas; controla los tiempos en que la persona está en el área y, verifica que no existan dos eventos iguales (que alguien que ya entró no vuelva a entrar sin antes salir del sistema o viceversa). SCAAR cuenta con un sensor magnético, chapa eléctrica, alarma, teclados para acceso, que se sitúan en la entrada de la sala de desarrollo de software de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Sistemas. Este dispositivo se comunica con la computadora central para recibir ordenes y/o enviar datos que solicite el software, validar el par código/clave suministrado a través de los teclados, registrar cualquier tipo de incidencia con el fin de realizar consultas necesarias para la dirección de escuela como: informes en tiempo real sobre las salas que estén en funcionamiento y las personas que ingresaron y se encuentran actualmente en el área, reportes estadísticos sobre el tiempo de uso de las salas, informe sobre ingresos de más de una persona por código, es decir, llevar el registro de posibles accesos de personal no autorizado, e informe del historial de las alarmas que hayan ocurrido. El desarrollo del software estuvo guiado por el modelo evolutivo, el cual consiste en la elaboración de un prototipo sistema que se construye para evaluar mejor los requisitos que desea que cumpla. Para el análisis de las necesidades del sistema se usó los diagramas de casos de uso, diagramas de actividad, observaciones e innovaciones resultantes de las pruebas realizadas que permitieron evidenciar los principales módulos que se implementaron en el software.
dc.description.abstractenglishSistema de Control de Acceso a Areas Restringidas (SCAAR) allows to manage the in comings and out comings of people into restricted areas; It controls the times when a person is in the room and it verifies that who is in doesn't try to get in again, because it would be a bad flow of the system (the same goes around). SCAAR has a magnetic sensor, an electronic lock, an alarm, two keyboards put one in the inside and one on the outside of the room. This dispositive gets communicated with the main computer to receive orders and/or to send the data that the software requires, validate an id and a password given by the user trough the keyboard, to register any kind of incidence looking forward to success on the necessaries consults for the manager of the school as: statistics reports about the time of usage of the rooms, reports about the incomings of more than one person using one single id/password, it is, recording the registers of the possible not allowed staff trying to enter to the rooms, and the reports of the historical of alarms that have been occurred. The development of the Software was guided by the evolutive prototype, which is a prototype that consists on the creation of a prototype that is made to evaluate the requirements of the system. For the analysis of the necessities of the system it was used the diagrams of use cases, activities diagrams, observations and innovations that were given by the proves made that allow to show the principles modules that were implemented in the software.
