dc.description.abstractAutores famosos y destacados defienden la idea de que el estudio y la práctica de la música folfklórica son parte importante fundamental de la formación musical e integral de todo ser en diferentes niveles. Así que sus aportes fueron tomados en cuenta, para definir el enfoque folklórico, de la música elaborada para esta tesis de grado. Teniendo en cuenta que el trombón históricamente no ha sido tradicional en los géneros musicales de la región andina colombiana, el proyecto fue una oportunidad de crear repertorio exclusivo para este instrumento en estos estilos. Así mismo, el poseer un carácter progresivo, lo convierte en un material de acceso a intérpretes de niveles novatos a profesionales. Esto le brinda cualidades pedagógicas al proyecto, ya que aparte de lo técnico, contribuye a la difusión del patrimonio cultural musical regional y a propiciar un contacto académico con el mismo en los trombonistas. El estudio para crear estas piezas no se limita únicamente a la audición y el análisis de la música andina colombiana a través de la historia. También implica el estudio de la teoría musical académica de períodos tradicionales y contemporáneos. Algunas composiciones presentan elementos de estética propias del barroco y clasicismo, como la forma, el contrapunto, orquestación y conducción de voces. Pero la mayoría son ricas en recursos provenientes de la armonía moderna procedente de contextos del jazz, tales como progresiones armónicas con numerosos acordes de color y secuencias e intercambios modales. El uso de todos estos recursos contribuyó para enriquecer musicalmente la calidad del repertorio, y brindarle este material alternativo a la academia.
dc.description.abstractenglishFamous and outstanding authors defend the idea that, studying and practicing the folklor music is an important and fundamental part, not only in the musical formation, but in the formation as whole human beings in their different stages. That is why, some of these authors™ contributions were important and were taken into account in order to decide the approach of the folklore music that was created in this graduation thesis. Due to the fact that the trombone is an instrument that has not been present in the traditional Andean Colombian music through history, this project was an opportunity to create an exclusive repertoire for this specific instrument and this genre. Furthermore, the fact that it has a progressive character, makes this material to be accessible to all kinds of performers, from beginners to professional levels. All this, gives extra educational qualities to the prjoect, because in addition to all the technical process, it will contribute to promote the regional music culture and create an academic bond with the trombonists. In order to create all these pieces, the studies are not necessarily focused only in listening and analyzing the Andean Colombian music through history; The project implies also the study of the traditional and contemporary periods of academical music theory. Some of the compositions show aesthetics elements, that belong to the baroque and the classicism epoch, like the form, the counterpoint, the orchestration and conducting voices. But most of them, are rich in resources from modern harmony that come from jazz contexts, such as harmonic progressions with numerous color chords and sequences as well as modal interchanges. The use of these resources contributed to musically enrich the quality of the repertoire, and give this alternative material to the academy.
