dc.description.abstractEste documento presenta la metodología usada en LOGROS IPS en el proceso de Gestión Administrativa para la planificación, documentación e implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad, basado en la norma NTC ISO 9001: 2008. Para dar inicio el proceso se realizó un diagnóstico respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la NTC ISO 9001: 2008, fuente de información para la etapa de planificación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad; y así definir las actividades a desarrollar en la etapa de documentación e implementación. Se realizó la respectiva capacitación y actividades de socialización al personal de la organización sobre conceptos claves relacionados con el procedimiento general de compras, programa de mantenimiento preventivo y bioseguridad. Posteriormente, con el fin de hacer la respectiva evaluación de la eficacia de la implementación y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2008, se ejecutó una auditoría interna del proceso lo que permitió definir el plan de mejoramiento. Dentro del desarrollo del sistema de gestión de la calidad, las organizaciones hacen su diferenciación entre los respectivos procesos estratégico, misionales y de apoyo cada uno vital para su funcionamiento; dentro de los procesos de apoyo se encuentra la Gestión Administrativa que en conjunto con el proceso de recursos humano, forman una plataforma que garantice la prestación del servicio con calidad y la satisfacción del cliente interno y externo. Se concluye con las recomendaciones sugeridas a la institución para fortalecer el proceso de implementación del SGC y lograr la certificación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document presents the methodology used in ACHIEVEMENTS IPS in the process of Administrative Management for the planning, documentation and implementation of the system of management of the quality, based on the norm ISO NTC 9001: 2008. To give beginning the process a diagnosis fulfilled with regard to the fulfillment of the requirements demanded by the ISO NTC 9001: 2008, source of information for the stage of planning of the System of Management of the Quality; and this way to define the activities to develop in the stage of documentation and implementation. There were realized the respective training and activities of socialization to the personnel of the organization on key concepts related to the general procedure of purchases, program of preventive maintenance and bioseguridad. Later, in order to do the respective evaluation of the efficiency of the implementation and the fulfillment of the requirements of the ISO NTC 9001:2008, an internal audit of the process was executed what allowed to define the plan of improvement. Inside the development of the system of management of the quality, the organizations do his differentiation between the respective processes strategically, misionales and of support vital each one for his functioning; inside the processes of support one finds the Administrative Management that as a whole with the process of resources I humanize, they form a platform that guarantees the service with quality and the satisfaction of the internal and external client. He concludes with the recommendations suggested to the institution to strengthen the process of implementation of the SGC and to achieve the certification.
