dc.description.abstractDocentes Estudiantes Puntuación Análisis de correspondencias 4. RESUMEN: En este estudio se realizaron diversos análisis estadísticos alrededor de los resultados de la evaluación docente de la Universidad Industrial de Santander en el primer semestre del 2011, con el fin de indagar sobre los tres elementos principales de la evaluación docente: el docente, el estudiante, el cuestionario y sus posibles inter-relaciones. Para cumplir con este objetivo, primero se realizó un análisis descriptivo de las características relacionadas con docentes y estudiantes, así como un análisis de los ítems del cuestionario con el que se logró determinar la medida puntuación de un profesor. Posteriormente se realizó el análisis de confiabilidad y validez del instrumento, desarrollado de manera conjunta con un análisis factorial exploratorio que llevó a determinar la unidimensionalidad del cuestionario. Finalmente, se implementó un análisis de correspondencias, simple y múltiple, que dio a conocer las asociaciones existentes entre las modalidades de las variables de este estudio, así como también clasificar a los profesores de acuerdo a los valores de estas variables. Los resultados de esta investigación, además de permitir una caracterización de los docentes respecto a su capacidad docente, respaldan la necesidad de pensar en otro cuestionario con ítems más claros y más relacionados con las actividades inherentes de forma directa al oficio docente.
dc.description.abstractenglishTeachers Students Score Correspondence analysis 4. In this study various statistical analysis were performed around the teaching evaluation results of the Industrial University of Santander in the first semester of 2011, in order to investigate the three main elements of teacher evaluation: teacher, student and the questionnaire and their possible inter/relationships. To reach this goal, first we performed a descriptive analysis of the characteristics associated with teachers and students as well as an analysis of questionnaire items with which it was determined the score as a teacher. Subsequently analysis was performed reliability and validity of the instrument, developed in conjunction with an exploratory factor analysis was to determine the unidimensionality of the instrument. Finally, we implemented a correspondence analysis, single and multiple, which released the associations between the terms of the variables in this study, as well as classifying the teachers according to the values of these variables. The results of this investigation and allows the characterization of teachers for some study variables, supported the need to think of another questionnaire with items clearer and more related to the activities related directly to the teaching office.
