| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo que se presenta tiene por objeto elaborar el diagnostico de la situación actual de los municipios de Arboledas, Cucutilla y Salazar del departamento Norte de Santander frente al manejo de los residuos sólidos. La descripción cuantitativa y cualitativa de los residuos producidos por estos municipios hace parte del diagnostico técnico. De igual forma, las proyecciones referidas a producción de residuos sólidos durante los próximos quince años son insumo para determinar las alternativas a formular para el manejo de los mismos. La construcción de las alternativas de solución para el manejo de los residuos sólidos de cada municipio, se hace teniendo en cuenta los aspectos institucionales, económicos, administrativos, geográficos y técnicos. Una vez realizado el análisis de debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas, se formulan dos alternativas las cuales son sometidas a una evaluación financiera de acuerdo al modelo sugerido por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The work presented has as objective to elaborate the diagnoses of the current situation of the Arboledas, Cucutilla, and Salazar Towns in the department of North of Santander for handling the solid waste. The quantitative and qualitative description of the waste produced in these towns makes part of the technical diagnoses. As the same, the projections referred to production of solid waste during the next fifth years are material to determine alternatives to propose for handling the solid waste. Construction of solution alternatives for handling solid waste of each town is made taking into account the institutional, economics, administrative, geographical and technical aspects. Once it is carried out the analysis of weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats, it is proposed two alternatives which are submitted to financial evaluation according to the model suggested by the Environmental, Housting and Territorial Development Minister. The financial analysis gives as result the costs fo each alternative and its indicators for its functioning. | |
