dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work has as main objective to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility for the implementation of the dynamic measurement system for the balance of fluids (crude-water) between the auxiliary stations, island IV and island VI of the Yariguí-Cantagallo field, taking into account that the field currently only has manual measurement in tanks, and a dynamic measurement system is not available, where it is possible to quantify in more detail the production of crude oil and water that is produced daily in each of the field stations. Initially a brief description of the Yariguí-Cantagallo field is made, a bibliographic compilation is made of each one the different systems of dynamic measurement for (crude-water) that are currently applied in the oil industry and the criteria to take into account at the moment to make the selection of the meters. Next, the technical analysis is carried out to determine the flow meter and the water cutter that best suits the required conditions, in addition, the points are shown for each of the stations where said meters will be installed and finally, the economic evaluation is made where the viability of the project is determined. In conclusion the project is technically and economically feasible, where the Coriolis flow meter and Red Eye 2G water meter are selected. Degree project ** PhysicalProject Director. M.Sc.
