dc.description.abstractEste proyecto tiene como finalidad determinar la factibilidad para la creación de un almacén de repuestos para automóviles en Barrancabermeja (Santander), donde se comercializarán repuestos originales para cualquier parte del auto y accesorios que le permitan al propietario del vehículo o al conductor del mismo sentirse más cómodo en el momento de manejar el automotor., permitiendo a los dueños de automóviles contar con un nuevo proveedor que le suministre los repuestos requeridos a precios competitivos, logrando que sus automóviles siempre estén en buen estado como lo exigen en la actualidad las autoridades. Metodológicamente se realiza una investigación descriptiva de las características de las variables a investigar y establecer nexos de relación entre ellas. Por ejemplo, la relación existente entre la oferta del producto y el precio, Es característico del estudio descriptivo la recolección de la información primaria por medio del instrumento encuesta, ante un tamaño muestral calculado. Se utilizará el método deductivo, porque se observará el contexto general del mercado en la comercialización de repuestos para automóviles de las marcas Renault y Chevrolet en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, (Santander) para determinar específicamente si existe la demanda suficiente para la creación de un almacén de repuestos para automóviles de las marcas Renault y Chevrolet. Una vez se realizada la investigación según lo encontrado se determinan los aspectos técnicos disponiendo el centro una capacidad para atención de 767 clientes, utilizando desde el año 1 709 hasta el quinto año 753 clientes, disponiendo un recurso humano de un administrador, una secretaria, dos vendedores y un mensajero, lo cual al estimar las inversiones que ascienden al valor de $73.098.838, los egresos e ingresos, se nota una utilidad desde el primer año que instaura un VPN de $41.115.706, una TIR de 24.38%, atractivos para el inversionista, mostrando un impacto tanto ambiental como social positivos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project aims to determine the feasibility of creating a auto parts store in Barrancabermeja (Santander), in which will be marketed all original parts and any part of the car and accessories that allow the owner of the vehicle or the driver the same feel more comfortable when driving the automobile., this will allow car have a new supplier that will supply the parts you require at competitive prices thus ensuring that their cars are always in good condition as required by the authorities today. Methodologically there will be a descriptive research on the characteristics of the variables to investigate and establish ties of relationship between them. For example, the relationship between product supply and price. It is characteristic of the descriptive study of primary information collected through the survey instrument, with a sample size calculation. The method used is deductive, because it will look at the overall context of the market in the marketing of automotive of parts brands in the city of Barrancabermeja, (Santander) to determine specifically whether there is sufficient demand for the creation of a warehouse car parts for Renault and Chevrolet brands. Once realized the investigation according to the opposing thing the technical aspects decide arranging the center a capacity for attention of 767 clients, using from the year 1 709 until the fifth year 753 clients, arranging a human resource of an administrator, a secretary, two sellers and a messenger, which on having estimated the investments that promote to the value of 73.098.838 $, the expenditures and income, is obvious a usefulness from the first year that restores a VPN of 41.115.706 $, one TIR of 24.38 %, attractions for the investor, showing a both environmental and social impact positives.
