dc.description.abstractenglish | The pollutant emissions produced by the vehicle fleet derived from the combustion of hydrocarbons, such as gasoline, are made up of three main gases: Hexane, carbon monoxide and dioxide, the latter being the main cause of global warming. There are multiple ways in which these emissions can be reduced, in this research work the impact of emissions over a 10-year period was studied, if a sustainable plan of 2% of motorcycles over the annual registration in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga was implemented. The analysis of this impact included the registration of motorcycles in the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 in the four cities that comprise the area, and through NTC 5365, carry out the gas analysis on 30 motorcycles of the most registered model in the area. Emissions that allowed a prediction to be made through time series in XRealStats-Excel of their behavior over time if the current scenario were followed and, if the implementation of electric motorcycles and their impact were carried out. Finally, the results showed that by predicting the two alternatives over time, within 10 years there will be a reduction of over 6% of polluting gases compared to the current map, also that carbon dioxide is the most emitted gas on average. and that the reduction of gases as the years go by, is increasingly notable with a sustainable plan that would allow the trend of new emissions to be zero.
