dc.description.abstractAl elaborar cualquier proyecto de construcción es importante realizar una planeación adecuada del mismo y así lograr con éxito los objetivos y metas planteadas. Para alcanzar esto se cuenta con una herramienta de Planeación que es la creación de la Estructura de Desglose de Trabajo, Work Breakdown Structure, WBS, por sus siglas en inglés, en la cual se establecen las actividades necesarias para lograr el Alcance del proyecto, subdivididas en varios niveles, representada en una estructura jerárquica, en donde cada nivel debe constituir la totalidad del proyecto. Mediante el uso de la WBS se pueden desglosar las actividades hasta llegar a paquetes de trabajo los cuales a su vez pueden contener varias tareas a tal punto que se puedan establecer los recursos y duraciones para las mismas, y establecer el costo de cada actividad. La WBS permite visualizar todo el proyecto, sirviendo como línea base del mismo, de forma tal que se pueda establecer la ruta crítica del proyecto. La creación de la WBS la debe realizar no solamente el gerente del proyecto, debe hacerse con todos los miembros del equipo, teniendo en cuenta la experiencia adquirida en proyectos anteriores y las lecciones aprendidas. Con la elaboración de la WBS se puede a futuro tener un mayor control y seguimiento del proyecto, se evita repetir actividades y se puede establecer una matriz de responsabilidad para cada elemento, aumentando las probabilidades de éxito en la ejecución del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishOn having prepared any project of construction, it is important to realize a suitable planning of the same one and this way to achieve successfully the targets and raised goals. To reach this one is provided with a tool of Planning that is the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure, WBS,, in which the necessary activities are established to achieve the Scope of the project, subdivided in several levels, represented in a hierarchic structure, where every level must constitute the totality of the project. By means of the use of the WBS the activities can be detached up to coming to bundles of work which in turn can contain several tasks to such a point that could establish the resources and durations for the same ones, and establish the cost of every activity. The WBS allows visualizing the whole project, serving like line base of the same one, of such form that could establish the critical route of the project. The manager of the project must realize the creation of the WBS not only, it must do with all the members of the team, bearing in mind the experience acquired in previous projects and the learned lessons. With the making of the WBS it is possible to future to have a major control and pursuit of the project, it is avoided to repeat activities and it is
