dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo para optar al titulo de Abogado, da respuesta al siguiente problema de investigación socio jurídica: ¿Existe homogeneidad teórico-jurídica entre la legislación y demás tratamientos desarrollados por Colombia y Ecuador en relación con la Propiedad Intelectual?, en tal sentido, el desarrollo de la actual monografía se estructura así: En un primer momento, el trabajo de investigación presenta un análisis sobre la regulación que en el ámbito de la Propiedad Intelectual, se determina a nivel constitucional, en el marco de la normatividad supranacional así como en las principales codificaciones de Colombia y de Ecuador. En un segundo momento, el presente trabajo realiza un análisis de la normatividad aplicable sobre aspectos específicos de la Propiedad Intelectual, abordando el estudio sobre elementos constitutivos de la Propiedad Industrial, los Derechos de Autor y Otras Formas de Propiedad Industrial. De igual forma establece las principales diferencias y similitudes que presenta la normatividad aplicable en materia de Propiedad Intelectual en Colombia y en Ecuador, para posteriormente articular la presente monografía dentro de la investigación que sobre el tema adelanta la Vicerrectoría de Investigación y Extensión de la Universidad Industrial de Santander , en la cual, se tiene como objetivo principal la creación de pautas para el desarrollo de un modelo de estrategias de innovación de la Propiedad Intelectual en los países latino americanos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work to qualify for the title of lawyer, answers the following research question socio - legal: Is there consistency theoretical - legal between the legislation and other treatments developed by Colombia and Ecuador in relation to Intellectual Property? In such sense, the development of the present paper is structured as follows: At first, the research presents an analysis of the regulation in the field of Intellectual Property, is determined by the Constitution, in the context of supranational regulations as well as major codifications of Colombia and Ecuador. In a second step, this paper provides an analysis of the applicable regulations regarding specific aspects of Intellectual Property, approaching the study of constituents of Industrial Property, Copyright and Other Forms of Industrial Property. It also establishes the main differences and similarities that presents the applicable regulations in the field of Intellectual Property in Colombia and Ecuador, and later articulate this paper in research on the subject ahead of the Vice-rector for Research and Extension Industrial University of Santander as a member of the Network of Intellectual Property in Latin America "PILA NETWORK", in which main aim is the creation of guidelines for developing a model of innovation strategies in Intellectual Property Latin American countries.
