dc.description.abstractEste informe presenta la sistematización de la experiencia de un colectivo de mujeres artistas de Bucaramanga, Santander entre los años 2018-2019. En él se identifican y analizan las experiencias del trabajo colectivo de mujeres artistas “LaColectiva”. Este esfuerzo se realiza con el fin de Indagar sobre la participación de las mujeres artistas del colectivo “LaColectiva” con el propósito de aportar a la discusión teórica de las relaciones políticas, socioculturales, de género y artísticas que motivan o restringen esa participación. Con este fin, el estudio propone el proceso metodológico planteado por Alfonso Torres y Disney Barragán. Contiene los siguientes momentos: Conformar el equipo sistematizador, diseñar la propuesta de sistematización basada en la reconstrucción narrativa de la experiencia, Identificación de categorías de análisis, Socialización de los resultados y retroalimentación. En este documento podemos encontrar un estado del arte, un marco de referencia teórico- conceptual y contextual que permiten entender la experiencia de las mujeres artistas del colectivo “LaColectiva”. Finalmente se organizan los hallazgos y conclusiones en torno a la reconstrucción de la experiencia y se estudian críticamente las relaciones socioculturales establecidas en las prácticas artísticas del colectivo, los procesos de disputa social que allí se presentan, las causas y las consecuencias de esta participación, y las vías alternas y organizativas de resistencia.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis report presents the systematization of the experience of a group of women artists from Bucaramanga, Santander between the years 2018-2019. In it, the experiences of the collective work of women artists "La Colectiva" are identified and analyzed. This effort is made in order to investigate the participation of women artists from the collective "La Colectiva" with the purpose of contributing to the theoretical discussion of political, sociocultural, gender and artistic relations that motivate or restrict that participation. To this end, the study proposes the methodological process proposed by Alfonso Torres and Disney Barragán. It contains the following moments: Form the systematizing team, design the systematization proposal based on the narrative reconstruction of the experience, Identification of categories of analysis, Socialization of the results and feedback. In this document we can find a state of the art, a theoretical-conceptual and contextual frame of reference that allows us to understand the experience of the women artists of the collective "La Colectiva". Finally, the findings and conclusions are organized around the reconstruction of the experience and the sociocultural relations established in the artistic practices of the collective are critically studied, the processes of social dispute that are presented there, the causes and consequences of this participation, and alternative and organizational routes of resistance.
