dc.description.abstractEl aprender a hacer en la formación profesional del estudiante de Instrumentación Quirúrgica se centra en aplicar en la práctica lo aprendido, exige responder a un gran número de necesidades de salud a las que deben dar respuesta y solución. Tiene que ver con saber qué hacer y cómo proceder en la atención al paciente quirúrgico, pero argumentando su razón de ser y actuando en el contexto del saber. La monografía aborda una propuesta que incluye el planteamiento de una estrategia que orienta la práctica formativa en el logro de un aprendizaje significativo en el aprender a hacer en su profesión, propuesta centrada en el ejercicio del docente como mediador del aprendizaje a través de su metodología y su estrategia de evaluación. Para ello se hace imprescindible una buena docencia, cabe destacar que es un trabajo enriquecedor a nivel humano, se trata con personas y se aprende de ellas; el mejor legado que puede dejar el docente no es lo que él sabe, sino enseñar a que aprendan, proporcionando actividades, retos orientados no a memorizar sino a facilitar la apropiación de conocimiento de manera significativa. El estudiante de Instrumentación Quirúrgica deberá entonces asumir el compromiso de su formación integral hacia el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida humana en el sector salud en donde interviene.
dc.description.abstractenglishLearning to do in the professional education of Surgical Instrumentation focuses on applying into the practice what students have learned, it requires responding to a big number of health needs that they must respond and give a solution. It deals with the knowledge that students have, so they will know what to do and how to proceed in surgical patient care, according to their rationale arguing and acting in the context of learning. The paper deals with a proposal that includes a strategy that guides the training practice in achieving meaningful learning in learning to do in the future professión of current student, this proposal focuses on the exercise of the teacher as facilitator of learning through its methodology and its evaluation strategy. For this reason it is essential a good teaching, it is noteworthy that a job is enriching human level, dealing with people and learn from them, the best legacy we can leave the teacher is not what he knows, but to teach them to learn providing activities, challenges facing not to memorize but to facilitate the ownership of knowledge significantly. The student must then assume Surgical Instrumentation committed to their comprehensive training to improve the quality of human life in the health sector where it operates.
