dc.description.abstractLas redes hidráulicas, sanitarias, gas y contraincendios son fundamentales para el funcionamiento y confort brindado por las edificaciones, por lo tanto, estas hacen parte esencial en la ejecución de obras civiles. En el desarrollo de este documento se detalla el procedimiento que se requiere para realizar un presupuesto enfocado en redes, de igual forma se muestra la metodología y la normativa necesaria para su diseño, así como la implementación de las mismas en los proyectos asignados por parte de la empresa Construingeniería S.A.S, la cual es una empresa santandereana con 24 años de experiencia. Para el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial, durante el periodo comprendido entre el 20 febrero del año 2021 y el 20 de junio del año 2021, se realizaron actividades en el diseño de redes y presupuesto de los proyectos Financiautos, I.E María Antonia Ruiz y Morada del Viento, estas actividades fueron debidamente supervisadas por los ingenieros encargados del área de redes en la empresa. Para el diseño de las redes de los proyectos nombrados se emplearon softwares tales como AutoCAD 2D® y herramientas ofimáticas como Word y Excel, para el presupuesto se utilizó el software NESS 2000®, usado por la empresa para para el análisis de precios unitarios e inclusión de costos indirectos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe hydraulic, sanitary, gas and firefighting networks are fundamental for the operation and comfort provided by the buildings, therefore, they are an essential part in the execution of civil works. In the development of this document is detailed the procedure that is required to make a budget focused on networks, in the same way it shows the methodology and the regulations necessary for its design, as well as the implementation of the same in the projects assigned by the company Construngeniería S.A.S, which is a company from Santander with 24 years of experience. For the development of business practice during the period from 20 February 2021 to 20 June 2021, activities were carried out in the design of networks and budget of the projects Financiautos, I.E María Antonia Ruiz and Morada del Viento, these activities were duly supervised by the engineers in charge of the area of networks in the company.
