dc.description.abstractEste trabajo tiene la finalidad de mostrar la necesidad de cumplir con la Resolución 541 de diciembre de 1994 emitida por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, sobre disposición final de residuos sólidos provenientes de obras civiles y construcción conocidos comúnmente como escombros. Particularmente para la Superintendencia de Operaciones La Cira Infantas perteneciente al corregimiento El Centro, en el área rural del Municipio de Barrancabermeja y en donde debido a las labores diarias de demolición y construcción de vías se obtienen grandes cantidades de material de excavación que ocasiona impactos ambientales sobre todo lo que concierne al entorno (impacto paisajístico). Inicialmente se realizó una cuantificación de dichos escombros mediante la toma de datos en un formato elaborado para tal fin, luego se procedió a sintetizar las opciones más convenientes para la implementación de una escombrera, resaltando aquellos elementos primordiales que la componen como: filtros, disipadores de energía, encoles, mallas, estructuras de contención, sistemas de drenaje, etc., más adelante se especifican los lineamientos de operación y cierre (revegetalización), así como los impactos ambientales producto de la operación de la misma. Cabe resaltar que el diagnostico se realizó para un periodo de cuatro meses y todo lo que se expresa en este texto es en función de dichos resultados.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis thesis is trying to show the need to obey with the Resolution 541 of December 1994 issued by the Environment`s Ministry , about disposal of solid wastes and construction of civil facilities commonly known as rubble. Particularly for the Operation`s Superintendent The Cira Infantas Centre belonging to the town in the rural area of the Municipality of Barrancabermeja and where due to the daily work of demolition and construction of roads obtained large quantities of excavation material resulting environmental impacts on everything about the environment (impact on the landscape). Initially there was a quantification of such debris by taking data in a format developed for this purpose, then proceeded to synthesize the most suitable options for the implementation of a heap, highlighting those elements that compose key as filters, sinks energy, glue, mesh, retaining structures, drainage systems, etc.., below specifies the operation and closure guidelines (revegetation), and product environmental impacts of the operation itself. It should be noted that the diagnosis was made for a period of four months and all that is expressed in this paper is based on these results.
