dc.description.abstractEn 2014, junto con la Ley 1732 surge en Colombia la Cátedra de la Paz como estrategia del Gobierno Nacional para desarrollar una Cultura de Paz y Educación para la Paz. Con el paso de los años, esta estrategia educativa ha desarrollado diferentes debilidades frente a su implementación, por ello, la presente investigación tiene el objetivo general de valorar la implementación de la Cátedra de la Paz en estudiantes de 4° de primaria en el Carrizal, sede D, del Colegio Facundo Navas Mantilla de Girón en 2024. Lo anterior se obtiene al usar un enfoque cualitativo y la primera fase de la Investigación Acción, es decir, el diagnóstico. Esta fase de diagnóstico se desarrolla a través de 4 etapas mencionadas por Galeno, M (2004) citado por Marín, G (2018): Diseño de Trabajo (búsqueda de problema y fundamentación teórica), Aplicación (implementación de instrumentos), Sistematización y Análisis (organización y comparación de datos recolectados) y Socialización (divulgación de la investigación). Para recolectar y análisis los datos se usan instrumentos como la Matriz de Registro, la Guía de Entrevista Semiestructurada, la Guía de Tópicos, el Cuestionario, el Diario de Campo y la Matriz de Categorías. Lo anterior se lleva a cabo con estudiantes y padres de familia del grado 4° de primaria, y a los docentes que dictan clases relacionadas a la Cátedra de la Paz en este grado. Los resultados evidencian, primero, una coherencia considerable entre los documentos gubernamentales e institucionales. Segundo, algunos participantes reconocen la implementación de la Cátedra de la Paz en la institución, pero resaltan diferentes debilidades y oportunidades de mejora. Por último, con relación a las oportunidades de mejora en la implementación de la Cátedra de la Paz, se amplían las debilidades y oportunidades planteadas por la comunidad educativa con el fin de diseñar soluciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn 2014, together with Law 1732, the Cátedra de la Paz emerged in Colombia as a strategy of the National Government to develop a Culture of Peace and Education for Peace. Over the years, this educational strategy has developed different weaknesses regarding its implementation, therefore, the present research has the general objective of assessing the implementation of the Peace Chair in students of 4th grade of primary school in Carrizal, seat D, of the Facundo Navas Mantilla School of Girón in 2024. The above is obtained by using a qualitative approach and the first phase of the Action Research, that is, the diagnosis. This diagnostic phase is developed through 4 stages mentioned by Galeno, M (2004) cited by Marín, G (2018): Work Design (search for problem and theoretical foundation), Application (implementation of instruments), Systematization and Analysis (organization and comparison of collected data) and Socialization (dissemination of the research). To collect and analyze the data, instruments such as the Registration Matrix, the Semistructured Interview Guide, the Topics Guide, the Questionnaire, the Field Diary and the Categories Matrix are used. The above is carried out with students and parents of the 4th grade of primary school, and teachers who teach classes related to the Chair of Peace in this grade. The results show, first, considerable coherence between governmental and institutional documents. Second, some participants recognize the implementation of the Peace Chair in the institution, but highlight different weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Finally, in relation to the opportunities for improvement in the implementation of the Peace Chair, the weaknesses and opportunities raised by the educational community are expanded in order to design solutions.
