dc.description.abstractEl mercado se ha ido expandiendo a lo largo de la historia. Cada vez más ámbitos de la vida del individuo se ven permeados por el fenómeno de la mercantilización y esta es una cuestión que pone en una encrucijada constante al derecho. Y no solo es el mercado el que ocasiona esto, sino también los cambios en los patrones de conducta, modelos vitales y moralidad social. La sociedad cambia, está en constante movimiento. El derecho debe intentar ajustarse a estos cambios. Esto no siempre es fácil, pero es una cuestión que debe estar en constante análisis. Muchos de estos cambios han pivotado en torno a la cuestión de lo corporal y los límites a la autonomía del individuo. Por esta razón, en este texto se investiga y analiza un caso específico que, aunque no es un tema en boga, es una cuestión que está en las vértebras de los temas que sí lo están. Prostitución, consumo de estupefacientes, maternidad subrogada, experimentación en personas; estas, y otras, son problemáticas actuales con un origen común: La capacidad de disponer del propio cuerpo de manera onerosa. Así, el objeto de este trabajo investigación es exponer y analizar de manera crítica lo concerniente a la posibilidad de realizar actos de disposición sobre componentes anatómicos humanos, entre otras, con la finalidad de aportar insumos argumentales a las discusiones relativas a esos temas que sí están actualmente bajo la constante luz de los reflectores
dc.description.abstractenglishThe market has been expanding throughout history. More and more areas of the individual's life are permeated by the phenomenon of commodification, and this is an issue that puts the law at a constant crossroads. And it is not only the market that causes this, it is the changes in behavior patterns, vital models and social morality. Society changes, it is in constant movement. Law should try to adjust to these changes. This is not always easy, but it is an issue that must be constantly analyzed. Many of these changes have revolved around the issue of the body and the limits to the individual's autonomy. For this reason, this text investigates and analyzes a specific case that, although it is not a topic in vogue, is an issue that is in the vertebrae of the topics that are. Prostitution, drug use, surrogate motherhood, experimentation on people. These, and others, are current problems with a common origin: The ability to dispose of one's own body in an onerous way. Thus, the purpose of this research work is to expose and critically analyze what concerns the possibility of carrying out acts of disposition on human anatomical components, among others, in order to provide argumentative inputs to the discussions related to those topics that are currently under the spotlight.
