dc.description.abstractEl empleo del derecho a la resistencia no tiende de alguna manera a realizar las aspiraciones populares, sino a defender o restaurar el orden establecido, por tanto, al reconocer el derecho de resistencia se pretende que sea un medio para que el príncipe reflexione y de esta manera hacerle respetar la legalidad. Por ello, en los escritos en los cuales Kant habla sobre el problema de un derecho de resistencia por parte del pueblo ante los poderes establecidos, conservó una postura de rechazo al plantear que la idea de un derecho del pueblo a la resistencia es totalmente inadmisible y se considera por tanto el peor de los delitos; dicha postura lo lleva a conservar la preponderancia del orden actual del Estado. En cierta medida se puede estimar que la resistencia, y aquellas implicaciones y recursos que ésta considere necesario, fuera considerada como una respuesta ante las injusticias para quien se le ha atribuido dentro de la tradición de los pensadores de la libertad. En el presente escrito enfocaremos la atención en el filósofo alemán Immanuel Kant, desarrollando una descripción de sus argumentos frente a su postura en cuanto al derecho de resistencia, intentando mostrar las tensiones que estos originan frente a otras ideas también centrales en su filosofía política *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe use of the right of resistance does not tend in some way to perform popular aspirations, but to defend or restore the established order, therefore, to recognise the right of resistance is intended to be a means to make the Prince think and this way to make him respect the legality. For this reason in the writings in which Kant speaks about the problem of a right of resistance on the part of the people before the established powers, he maintained a position of rejection by stating that the idea of a right of the people to resistance is totally inadmissible and is considered by both the worst of the crimes; This position leads him to maintain the preponderance of the current state order. To a certain extent it can be estimated that the resistance, and those implications and resources that it considers necessary, were considered as a response to the injustices for those who have been attributed to it within the tradition of the thinkers of freedom. In the present paper we will focus attention on the German philosopher Immanuel Kant, developing a description of his arguments against his position regarding the right of resistance, trying to show the tensions that these originate in front of other ideas also central to his political philosophy *
