dc.description.abstractEsta pasantía de investigación se realizó en el Grupo de Investigación Historia, Archivística y Redes de Investigación (HARED), y estuvo inscrita en el proyecto Organización de fondos judiciales del archivo histórico regional de la UIS y aportes a la construcción de la memoria histórico-judicial como patrimonio re. Esta pasantía se dividió en dos partes: la primera realizada por medio un trabajo archivístico práctico el cual se realiza aplicando la Ley General de Archivos (Ley 594 del 2000), encargada de regular la actividad archivística del país. La segunda parte es un informe sobre la investigación que se realizó a través de documentos referidos a la violencia política que se dio en el departamento de Santander entre los años 1930 y 1948 e identificar cuáles fueron los lugares más afectados por el enfrentamiento entre liberales y conservadores, y las consecuencias que esta pugna dejó en la población. Empleando la información del Archivo Histórico Regional, se va analizar, cómo se ejerció la justicia en ese periodo y cómo fue que se presentó la impunidad en las sentencias judiciales. Para reforzar el conocimiento para realizar el informe de esta pasantía de investigación se recurre a fuente secundaria para tener un mejor contexto sobre el periodo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research internship was carried out in the Research Group History, Archives and Research Networks (HARED), and was inscribed in the project entitled "Organization of judicial funds of the Archivo Histórico Regional of the Universidad Industrial de Santander -UIS and contributions to the construction of the historical-judicial memory as regional and national heritage ". This internship was divided into two parts: the first carried out through practical archival work which is carried out by applying the General Law of Archives (Ley 594 del 2000), in charge of regulating the archival activity of the country. The second part is a report on the investigation that was made through documents referring to the political violence that occurred in the department of Santander between 1930 and 1948 and identify which were the most affected by the confrontation between liberals and conservatives, and the consequences that this struggle left in the population. Using information from the Regional Historical Archive, we will analyze how justice was exercised in that period and how impunity was presented in court rulings. To reinforce the knowledge to make the report of this research internship, a secondary source is used to have a better context about the period.
