dc.description.abstractEl texto presente se elaboro con el fin de dar a entender no solo a los estudiantes sino a la comunidad interesada en general de la nueva modalidad de elaboración de proyectos de inversión, el DNP (Departamento Nacional de Planeación) creo un programa de computador llamado MGA (Metodología General ajustada) en el 2.004 y hasta el 2.006 se empezó a utilizar en Santander. Este programa permite de manera compacta elaborar cualquier tipo de proyecto sea de dotación, capacitación, construcción, etc. Con el fin de presentarlo a la Gobernación de Santander por medio de Alcaldías, cooperativas y de esta manera adquirir recursos financieras por parte del Departamento, para posteriormente ser invertidos en la comunidad. Es importante que cada municipio de Santander lo conozca, lo maneje y lo utilice con el fin de ampliar su inversión, se genere desarrollo y empleo en determinados sectores del departamento. Es una manera práctica de presentar proyectos no solo a la Gobernación de Santander sino cualquier ministerio con miras a adquirir recursos financieros como se nombro anteriormente. El texto permite de una manera entendible elaborar proyectos realizando un seguimiento real el cual se le debe hacer a un proyecto que se deba entregar a la gobernación, todo esto permite conocer sobre como se elabora, el seguimiento que se le debe realizar y los pasos que se deben tomar para obtener un mayor rendimiento a la hora de aspirar adquirir recursos del estado. Se invita a los estudiantes a que lo lean y lo pongan en práctica siendo en la actualidad un mecanismo de trabajo para poder llegar hacer profesionales competitivos y conocedores de diferentes temas del ámbito público en lo que propuestas y proyectos se refiere.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present text I am elaborated with the purpose of giving to understand not only the students but to the community interested in general of the new modality of elaboration of investment projects, the DNP (National Department of Planning) I create a program of called computer MGA (fit General Methodology) in the 2,004 and until the 2,006 one began to use in Santander. This program allows of compact way to elaborate any type of project is of dowry, qualification, construction, etc. With the purpose of presenting/displaying it to the Interior of Santander by means of Mayorships, cooperatives and this way to acquire financial resources on the part of the Department, later to be invested in the community. It is important that each municipality of Santander knows it, handles it and it uses it with the purpose of extending his investment, it is generated development and use in certain sectors of the department. It is a way practical to present/display projects not only to the Interior of Santander but any ministry with a view to acquiring financial resources as I name previously. The text allows of an understandable way to elaborate projects making a real pursuit which is due to do to him to a project that is due to give to the government, all this allows to know on as it is elaborated, the pursuit that is due to make to him and the steps that are due to take to obtain a greater yield at the time of aspiring to acquire resources of the state. One invites the students to that they read it and they put it in practice being at the present time a mechanism of work to be able to arrive to make competitive and expert professionals of different subjects rom the public scope in which propose and projects talks
