dc.description.abstractLas micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas se ven hoy enfrentadas a una nueva realidad; la economía abierta como fundamento de la globalización. Este escenario, es para estas empresas un reto difícil, donde se deben buscar alternativas estratégicas de estabilidad y sostenimiento, donde la especialización sectorial puede brindar algunas garantías para los sectores con mayor proyección regional. El desarrollo de este trabajo de grado esta sustentado teóricamente bajo el concepto de la competitividad sistémica, el cual contempla ampliamente los factores que intervienen como determinantes de la competitividad de las empresas. De esta manera, se hace un diagnostico del subsector del dulce de Floridablanca a partir de los cuatro niveles sistémicos planteados que comprende el concepto (Meta, Macro, Meso, Micro). El trabajo se desarrolla a partir de la elaboración de un censo empresarial, en donde se aplica una encuesta para recopilar información, también se acude a las diferentes instituciones publicas y privadas ubicadas en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, con el propósito de reunir mas información, y se procede a la elaboración del diagnostico del subsector. En el primer capitulo se desarrolla el concepto teórico de la competitividad sistémica como herramienta de análisis, en el segundo capitulo se hace una reseña histórica del subsector del dulce de Floridablanca, que permite observar su evolución en el tiempo; y en el tercer capitulo, se realiza el diagnostico sistémico, en donde se pueden identificar los elementos que afectan de forma positiva y negativa al subsector; en el cuarto capitulo se elabora una matriz DOFA, donde se reúne de manera sintética los elementos mas importantes del diagnóstico; y finalmente, se encuentran las conclusiones y recomendaciones que lograron extraer durante el desarrollo del trabajo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe micro, small and médium size enterprises are facing a new reality today: an open economy as the foundation of globalization. This escenary is presented as a hard challenge for the this type of enterprises forcing them to take a look to strategic alternatives of stablilty and perdurance, where sectorial specialization may offer some warranties fot the sectors with bigger regional protection. This project's research is built based on the theoretical concept of systemic competivity which contemplates the competivity of enterprises as the main factor to look for. In this way, this work makes a diagnosis of the sub-sector of sweet products in the area of Floridablanca based on the four systemic levels that the concept rises from -Meta, Macro, Meso, Micro. The project is developed from the elaboration of a local censum for the enterprises, where a statitistical information was compiled in order to have information from the original source itself; In addition to this, it is also used the information of different public and private institutions located in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga, as a way to collect more information to finally elaborate the diagnosis of the sub-sector. In chapter one, the project develolps the theoretical concept of the systemic competivity as the analisys focus, In chapter two a historical view of the subsector of sweet products for the area of Floridablanca is made, allowing the observation of its evolution on time. In chapter three a systemic diagnosis is elaborated to identiy the elements that affect in a positive and in a negative way the sub-sector. In chapter four, the work builds a Weaknes, Opportunities, Stregths and Threats Matrix where is put together all the information compiled in a sisthetic way, being this, the most important element of the diagnosis; and finally, the conclusions and recommendations that the work gets from the research are shown
