dc.description.abstractDentro de la intervención realizada en Aldeas Infantiles SOS Centro Social el Reposo fue necesario partir de la teoría de sistemas en relación a la comprensión de las dinámicas sociales y familiares al igual que de la resiliencia, ya que es necesario reflexionar sobre la complejidad del mundo que nos rodea y las influencias que se reciben de él, concibiendo que los fenómenos deben ser analizados en su totalidad, es decir como un todo inseparable y coherente y mas aun en la familia como un agente determinante de un estilo de vida. La intervención estuvo encaminada a promover la participación y el compromiso de los Padres beneficiarios del programa de Aldeas Infantiles SOS del Centro Social el Reposo para lograr el fortalecimiento de la unidad familiar, garantizando los derechos de cada uno de sus miembros, especialmente los de los niños y las niñas, mediante estrategias de orientación y educación familiar. Como consecuencia de la intervención se le apuesta a la integración familiar como herramienta clave que brinda una mejor calidad de vida para que se motiven a conocer las relaciones interpersonales que se maneja entre los miembros del hogar, la comunicación, las estrategias de resolución de conflictos, la solución de problemas, la toma de decisiones, y quien ejerce el liderazgo, etc. Estos procesos son importantes para determinar la estructura de la familia y su fortalecimiento, previniendo así el abandono y el maltrato infantil, objetivo fundamental de la organización.
dc.description.abstractenglishInside the intervention realized in Infantile Villages SOS Community center the Rest was necessary to depart from the system theory in relation to the comprehension of the social and familiar(family) dynamics as of the resiliencia, since it is necessary to think about the complexity of the world that surrounds and the influences that are received of him(it), concibiendo his (her) that the phenomena must be analyzed in its entirety, that is to say as quite inseparably and coherent and even more in the family as a determinant agent of a way of life. The intervention was directed to promote the participation and the commitment of the Parents beneficiaries of the program of Infantile Villages SOS of the Community center the Rest to achieve the strengthening of the familiar(family) unit, guaranteeing the rights of each one of his(her,your) members, specially those of the children and the girls, by means of strategies of orientation and familiar(family) education. As consequence of the intervention one bets(stations) him on the familiar(family) integration as key tool that offers a better quality of life for be motivated to knowing the interpersonal relations that one handles between(among) the members of the home(fireplace), the communication, the strategies of resolution of conflicts, the solution of problems, the capture of decisions, and the one who exercises the leadership, etc. These processes are important to determine the structure of the family and his(her,your) strengthening, preparing(anticipating) this way the abandon and the infantile mistreatment, fundamental aim(lens) of the organization.
