dc.description.abstractLa actividad BancaSeguros está considerada un movimiento empresarial que surge en respuesta a los cambios del entorno. En el entorno asegurador de nuestro país han ocurrido determinados factores que han impulsado este movimiento y que ha tenido como modelo preferente de implantación el de los servicios financieros integrados. Con la BancaSeguros, las entidades bancarias han liderado la desintermediación financiera, ejerciendo un control sobre los recursos captados por la actividad aseguradora y teniendo como principal factor de competitividad sus propias redes de distribución. La idea de incorporar la actividad aseguradora en la cadena de actividades de la entidad bancaria constituye para esta última un nuevo ámbito de producción y distribución. La integración significa que la actividad aseguradora esta plenamente incorporada tanto en la estructura organizativa como en la decisional, relacionándose con la red bancaria como unidad de negocio. De hecho la integración organizativa del seguro en la banca implica compartir proyectos, aplicaciones, ideas, información y recursos. El objetivo, por tanto, de las entidades bancarias es, en función de sus recursos y capacidades, modificar las condiciones competitivas del seguro a su favor, para acceder con ventajas a un nuevo mercado
dc.description.abstractenglishThe activity bancasSures business is considered a managerial movement that arises in answer to the changes of the environment. On the insurer environment of our country have happened certain factors that have impelled this movement and have had as a model of pre-implantation of the integrated financial services. With the BancaSures, the bank entities have led the financial disintermediation, exercising control over the resources captured by the insurance activity and taking as the main factor for competitiveness their own distribution networks. The idea of incorporating the insurance businesses in the chain of activities of the bank entity constitute for the last one is a new area of production and distribution. The integration means that the insurance is fully incorporated in the organizational structure in the decisional, interacting with the banking network as a business unit. In fact, the organizational integration of insurance with banking involves sharing projects, applications, ideas, information and resources. The objective, therefore, the bank entities it™s, in function of their resources and capacities, to modify the competitive conditions from the insurance to their favor, with advantages for access to a new market.
