| dc.description.abstract | El documento presenta los fundamentos teóricos, legales y contextuales que guiaron el ejercicio de la profesional en formación durante su práctica académica, desarrollada con un grupo de mujeres cabeza de familia asociadas a COOMULTRASAN MULTIACTIVA, destacando la perspectiva de género, marco triple de roles, teoría de sistemas aplicada a los grupos y la autogestión. Así mismo, se mencionan las convenciones, políticas y leyes que permiten la protección de la mujer contra todas las formas de discriminación a nivel nacional e internacional y las que conllevan a la generación de microempresas por mujeres cabeza de familia respaldadas y motivadas por parte del estado y el sector privado. Muestra también, la planeación estratégica que delimitó el trabajo, la descripción de su ejecución y los resultados obtenidos durante el diagnóstico elaborado para conocer en forma integral la situación actual de sus miembros, haciendo una caracterización amplia de sus conductas grupales, socioeconómicas y culturales; Además, describe los factores que facilitaron u obstaculizaron el proceso, a nivel institucional, académico y práctico, permitiendo una evaluación objetiva del proceso. Por último, refiere una propuesta de intervención que obedece a los requerimientos del grupo autogestionario y de la institución, apuntándole al fortalecimiento de su conducta grupal y a la promoción del adecuado cumplimiento de los tres roles que desempeña la mujer en la sociedad, específicamente su rol comunitario y reproductivo. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The document presents the theoretical, legal and contextual foundations that guided the professional's exercise in formation, high lighting the gender perspective, three frameworks of roles in society, theory of systems applied to the groups and self-management. Also, the conventions are mentioned, policies and laws that allow the woman's protection against all kinds of discrimination nationwide and internationally, and those policies and laws that entail the generation of small business and enterprises projects for women with the government and the private sector companies support. It also shows, the strategic plan that defined the work, the description of the execution and the results obtained during the diagnosis elaborated to know in integral way the current situation of the members, making a characterization of their group behaviors, socioeconomic and cultural; It also describes the factors that facilitated or blocked the process, at institutional, academic and practical level, so it could allow an objective evaluation of the project. Lastly, refers an intervention proposal that obeys the requirements of the autogestionario group and of the institution, aiming to the invigoration of their behavior of group and the promotion of the appropriate execution of the three roles that the woman carries out in the society, specifically her community and reproductive role. | |
