dc.description.abstractEl software SIPCE es el Sistema de Información de Prácticas Clínico-comunitarias de Enfermería. Es el primer software académico diseñado para el registro de prácticas de enfermería en Colombia y que se ha enfocado a la utilización de estándares de la NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association ). La evolución del proyecto se ha venido llevando a cabo por integrantes del Grupo de Investigación de Ingeniería Biomédica de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y ha permitido a la Escuela de Enfermería de Universidad Industrial de Santander agilizar su proceso de registro y recolección de datos de las distintas prácticas realizadas por los estudiantes. El trabajo desarrollado consistió en la organización y planeación de un conjunto actividades para aplicar conceptos adquiridos en la experiencia académica y enfocarlos en la realidad de un campo empresarial. La labor se enfoco en el estudio del software con el fin de fundamentar y mejorar la experiencia usuario-maquina en el módulo de registro de las prácticas clínico comunitarias además de detectar, reportar, corregir y eliminar los procesos que pudieran ser un riesgo para la calidad de la información. Como factores inherentes del oficio esta el deber de atender las solicitudes por parte de la Escuela de Enfermería, recopilando y presentando la información que se requiera en el momento de la petición. También se debe considerar que al estar desarrollando mejoras a los procesos del software, se deben informar y capacitar a la comunidad para que puedan afrontar los cambios realizados sin mayores contratiempos, a su vez facilitando y manteniendo la continuidad del servicio para el desarrollo de las labores. Por último la documentación del trabajo permitirá que futuros desarrolladores del SIPCE tengan base de los fundamentos y metodología utilizada para dar con las soluciones que se implementaron en esta versión del Software.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe software SIPCE is the Information System for Clinical Practices of Nursing. It is the first academic software designed for the registration of nursing practices in Colombia and it is focused on the use of NANDA standars (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association ). The evolution of the project has been carried out by members of the Research Group of Biomedical Engineering at the Industrial University of Santander and has enabled the Nursing faculty of the same univerity, expedite the process of registration and collection of data from the diverses practices carried out by the students. The work developed for this project was the organization and the planning of activities to, in first instance, apply concepts acquired in the academic experience and focus it in the reality of laboral field. The work focused on the study of the existing software in order to improve the experience usermachine in the form of registration of clinical practices, in addition to detect, report, edit and delete the processes that may be a risk to the quality of the data or otherwise substantiate, develop and implement processes that raise the veracity of it. As factors inherent in the labor is the duty to respond requests by the School of Nursing, compiling and presenting the information required at the time of the request. It should also be considered at developing, inform and train the community for the changes done without major setbacks, at the same time providing and maintaining the continuity of the service. Last but not least, adequate documentation of the work done so that future developers of the SIPCE has a base of the bases and decisions taken, the methodology used and the logical structure of the solutions that were implemented in this version of the software
