dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo analiza el impacto a nivel psicosocial que genera en un grupo de mujeresvíctimas de violencia sexual del conflicto armado, la no sanción judicial a los responsables de loshechos victimizantes, desde un estudio de caso, teniendo en cuenta que sufren no solamente laimpunidad asociada a los hechos, sino aquella que surge del tiempo transcurrido entre la denunciay la acción de las autoridades y el respaldo ofrecido por los operadores judiciales. Y cuando noreciben respuesta satisfactoria, el sufrimiento permanece en el tiempo y la renuncia a la verdad ya la justicia tiene el costo de que pareciera que nada sucedió y ellas debieran conformarse con susituación de manera impune (Morales, 2012). Para ello, formula como objetivos estudiar la violencia sexual en el marco de los conflictosarmados, describir las afectaciones psicosociales que produce el hecho victimizante y la no sanciónde los victimarios; e identificar el contexto judicial, con especial énfasis en las barreras de accesoa la justicia, al que se enfrentan las mujeres. Sus resultados muestran que estas mujeres poseen los recursos necesarios para serresilientes, solo requieren ser escuchadas, dignificadas valorando su dolor y respaldadas para queemprendan acciones de afrontamiento más eficaces. Es por ello la importancia de que el sistemajudicial tenga en cuenta la vida de estas mujeres, les permita narrar sus historias de daños ycumplan con estas expectativas tan necesarias para satisfacer su anhelo de sentir que lo que pasole importa al Estado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work analyzes the impact on a psychosocial level that the non-judicial sanction ofthose responsible for the victimizing acts generates in a group of women victims of sexual violencein the armed conflict, from a case study, taking into account that they suffer not only from theimpunity associated with the facts, but rather than which arises from the time elapsed between thecomplaint and the action of the authorities and the support offered by the judicial operators. Andwhen they do not receive a satisfactory answer, the suffering remains in time and the renunciationof truth and justice has the cost that it seems that nothing happened and they should settle for theirsituation with impunity (Morales, 2012). To do this, it formulates the objectives of studying sexual violence in the framework ofarmed conflicts, describing the psychosocial effects produced by the victimizing act and the nonpunishment of the victimizers; and identify the judicial context, with special emphasis on barriersto access to justice, faced by women. Their results show that these women have the necessary resources to be resilient, they onlyneed to be listened to, dignified by valuing their pain and supported to undertake more effectivecoping actions. That is why it is important for the judicial system to take into account the lives ofthese women, allow them to tell their stories of damage and meet these expectations so necessaryto satisfy their desire to feel that what happened is important to the State.
