dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se basó en el apoyo jurídico al Centro de Atención Laboral de Villavicencio, este acompañamiento realizado en el CAL tenía como fin el brindar asesoría jurídica en materia de derecho laboral y seguridad social a los trabajadores del sector de la palma de aceite y la caña de azúcar con un enfoque en el tema de la estabilidad laboral reforzada por condiciones de salud, de la asesoría jurídica brindada a los trabajadores se desprendía la realización de acciones jurídicas, de igual forma se realizó conceptos jurídicos y una infografía para que las organizaciones sindicales y sus afiliados tuvieran mayor conocimiento y claridad sobre el tema, así como la programación de actividades como jornada de formación y capacitación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project was based on the legal support to the Villavicencio Labor Attention Center, this accompaniment carried out in the CAL had the purpose of providing legal advice on labor law and social security to workers in the oil palm and sugar cane sector, with a focus on the issue of labor stability reinforced by health conditions. From the legal advice provided to workers, legal actions were carried out, in the same way legal concepts and an infographic were made so that labor union organizations and its affiliates had greater knowledge and clarity on the subject, as well as the programming of activities such as training and education sessions.
