dc.description.abstractEl presente documento se realizó con el fin de crear un direccionamiento estratégico para la empresa Inmobiliaria e Ingeniería AJC Ltda. Para iniciar, realizó fue un análisis interno y externo de la compañía, utilizando herramientas tales como el análisis PESTEL y el modelo de las 5 fuerzas de Porter, lo que llevó a poder realizar una matriz DOFA y formular distintas estrategias para la empresa. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior y luego de reuniones con los líderes de la compañía, se tomó la decisión de crear un nuevo marco estratégico que comprende la ideología central, el futuro imaginado y los objetivos estratégicos, y se propone para que sean los lineamientos que tenga la compañía durante los próximos 5 años. Luego de haber definido los objetivos estratégicos, se diseñó el mapa estratégico y el Balanced Scorecard, herramientas que permitirán realizar la medición del direccionamiento estratégico ya que allí se encuentran consignados los indicadores y las metas claras. El fin último de este documento es consignar la propuesta del diseño de un plan de direccionamiento estratégico acorde con la situación tanto de la inmobiliaria como del sector, la forma en que dicho plan será ejecutado, la teoría en la cual se basa, los objetivos que perseguirá y su forma de medición. *
