| dc.description.abstract | Dentro de la intervención realizada en el primer semestre de 2007 en la Comisaría de familia de San Vicente de Chucurí, fue necesario definir un enfoque sistémico para facilitar la comprensión integral de la realidad socio familiar. Así mismo, se presentaron nuevos desarrollos dentro del rol profesional en el marco del cumplimiento de la Ley 1098 de 2006 (Código de la infancia y la Adolescencia). Fue necesario planear una intervención que integrara acciones dirigidas a la multicausalidad de la Violencia Familiar, planteándose como objetivo el generar procesos de atención y prevención integral con el fin de disminuir el alto índice de delitos y situaciones problemáticas dentro del núcleo familiar, mediante el desarrollo de habilidades para afrontar el conflicto, la crisis familiar, y las conductas sexuales que atentan contra la dignidad y la libertad sexual. Dentro de la Prevención se desarrollo por una parte, el componente de Comunicación con la realización de programas radiales y televisivos utilizando los diferentes medios de comunicación comunitarios del municipio; y por otra parte, el componente de Educación con la articulación de los Programas Futuro Colombia de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y Brújula 2007 de la Presidencia de la República. Dentro de la Atención se realizó recepción de denuncias, orientación familiar, Conceptos socio familiares y Constatación de posibles Delitos socio familiares. Resultado de la intervención realizada se propone el Fortalecimiento del Consejo Municipal de Política Social, con el fin consolidar la Política de infancia y familia en el municipio, que permita generar compromisos sociales y políticos, asignación de presupuesto, adecuado uso del recurso humano y proyección de la intervención a corto, mediano y largo plazo, y de esta manera, lograr superar las dificultades en el trabajo interdisciplinario e interinstitucional fundamental en el área de familia, y el fenómeno de la doble victimización. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Inside the intervention realized in the first semester of 2007 in the Commissariat of family of San Vicente of Chucurí, was necessary to define an approach sistemic to facilitate the integral understanding of the reality familiar partner. Likewise, presented new developments inside the role professional in the framework of compliance the Law 1098 of 2006 (Code of the childhood and the Adolescence). It was necessary to plan an intervention to integrate actions aimed at the multicausality of Family Violence, set targets for generating processes comprehensive prevention and care in order to reduce the high rate of crime and problematic situations within the family unit, by developing skills to cope with conflict, family crisis, and sexual behaviors that infringe on the dignity and sexual freedom. Within the Prevention is developing on the one hand, the component of communication with conducting radio and television programs using different media community in the municipality, and moreover, the educational component with the articulation of the Programs Future of Colombia the Attorney General's Office and Compass 2007 by the Presidency of the Republic. Inside the note was held receipt of complaints, family counseling, family and partner Concepts Establishment of possible crimes partner family. Result of intervention is proposed strengthening of the Municipal Council of Social Policy, in order to consolidate the policy of childhood and family in the town, in order to create social and political commitments, budget allocation and appropriate use of human resources and projection intervention in the short, medium and long term, and thus overcome the difficulties in interdisciplinary work and inter crucial in the area of family, and the phenomenon of double victimization. | |
