dc.description.abstractEste plan de negocio nace gracias a la búsqueda de expandir las oportunidades de negocio y ionando así una herramienta básica para el momento de su implementación. Este proyecto tiene como tiene como objetivo desarrollar el modelo de negocio para la unidad estratégica de revisoría fiscal, describiendo la situación actual del mercado, definiendo los clientes potenciales, las alianzas estratégicas, así como las iniciativas claves al momento de desarrollar la propuesta comercial. Gracias al constante crecimiento de las empresas en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, y el aumento del emprendimiento en la misma, se detectó la factibilidad de ofrecer el servicio de revisoría fiscal al mercado empresarial, se realizó un estudio de campo a través de la recolección de datos de fuentes primarias de varios sectores. Producto de este estudio se encontró un mercado en crecimiento y latente a la obtención del servicio de revisoría fiscal, ofreciendo así un servicio confiable y practico gracias a la propuesta de valor brindada y desarrollada por la unidad estratégica. Luego de analizar las exigencias y peticiones del mercado se realizó la verificación de su factibilidad financiera y un análisis técnico del modelo de negocio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis business plan was born thanks to the search to expand business opportunities and action centers in the line of fiscal review for the company Dasser "Management Solutions", thus providing a basic tool for the time of implementation. The objective of this project is to develop the business model for the strategic fiscal review unit, describing the current market situation, defining potential clients, strategic alliances, as well as key initiatives when developing the commercial proposal. Thanks to the constant growth of companies in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, and the increase of entrepreneurship in the same, it was detected the feasibility of offering the fiscal review service to the business market, a field study was carried out through the collection of data from primary sources of various sectors. As a result of this study, we found a growing and latent market for obtaining the fiscal review service, thus offering a reliable and practical service thanks to the value proposal provided and developed by the strategic unit. After analyzing the demands and requests of the market, the verification of its financial feasibility and a technical analysis of the business model were carried out.
