dc.description.abstractEste proyecto hace parte de una investigación a gran escala que realiza la RED DE UNIVERSIDADES Y ESCUELAS DE DERECHO con sede en la Universidad Veracruzana de México la cual en asociación con la Escuela de Derecho y Ciencia Política de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y otras 28 universidades latinoamericanas unidas buscamos la formación de políticas públicas basadas en preceptos jurisprudenciales del Sistema Interamericano para su implementación en el ordenamiento jurídico estatal. El presente proyecto describe la evolución histórica de los Derechos de Asociación y Reunión en el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, en Europa y su implementación en el ordenamiento jurídico Latinoamericano así como los fallos proferidos por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y su vinculación a través de sentencias emitidas por esta logrando de esta manera establecer el Bloque de Constitucionalidad el cual es una unificación de principios y normas dictadas a nivel internacional y ratificadas por Colombia a través de la Carta Política. Justificamos para la realización del proyecto la creación de este Manual Jurisprudencial y Doctrinal de fallos emitidos por las altas Cortes referentes a los Derechos objeto de estudio e igualmente un mecanismo jurídico de consulta y estudio por parte de los administradores de justicia, litigantes, docentes, organizaciones sindicales y estudiantes ávidos de una cultura jurídica respecto a los Derechos laborales y sindicales a nivel nacional e Internacional. Esta investigación es un abrebocas para nuevos estudios que profundicen esta área del derecho
dc.description.abstractenglishRight of Assembly, Inter-American Court on Human Rights, OIT Conventions, Block constitutionality and Jurisprudence. This project is part of a large-scale research carried out by the network of universities and law schools based at the University of Veracruz in Mexico, which in partnership with the School of Law and Political Science from the Universidad Industrial de Santander and 28 other universities Latin American unit searches the formation of public policies based on the inter jurisprudential precepts for implementation in national laws. This project describes the historical evolution of the Rights of association and assembly in the Inter-American Human Rights in Europe and its implementation in the Latin American legal system as well as decisions handed down by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and its linkage through judgments of this set thus achieving the constitutional law which is a unification of principles and standards set internationally and ratified by Colombia through the Constitution. We justify the project for the creation of this Manual and Doctrinal Jurisprudential rulings by the high courts concerning rights under study and also a legal mechanism for consultation and study by the administrators of justice, litigants, teachers, organizations avid student union and a legal culture with respect to labor and union right, at the national and international levels. This research is a starters for new studies that deepen this area of law
